There I sat on a sunny morning in June in the mid-nineties. Tight in suit at my desk
then employer Hans. For me the car keys of the too big car for a boy of 24, the mobile phone with extendable antenna and the letter with the message in there.
Thank you for everything, I have learned a lot, seen a lot, gained great experiences but now I want to do it differently. Do not want any more frames within which I have to move, no longer work and think in boxes that others have determined for me. I want to work on feeling, I want to create and I want to stimulate and
in everything I put the human and social character first. Hans I stop, resign to walk a different path.
Hans read the letter once in silence and then once more aloud, he looked at me penetratingly and asked me to leave without further notice from his luxury office and summoned me to come back half an hour later.
When I returned after half an hour, I took a seat at his desk. That was a bit of a fright he and I'm not happy at the same time, he pushed me some white sheets of paper with his luxury fountain pen. Write down what you need to make your dreams come true, what I can do for you to reach your goal. I started to write and after a quarter of an hour I carefully returned the sheet to him. Without reading it he grabbed the pen and put a doodle under it and said You are and will do what I have always seen in you, you will now do what you are really good at, successREBEL!
3 months later my first company opened without concessions and with complete confidence. For many important moments, I have often thought back to that sunny day in June.
